I always start a month before my reach

I usually do, but didn't before our December trip. We spent a lot of time in the shade, I still got a nice tan with no burn. I'm planning on starting soon so I don't lose my tan before our next reach...
We HAVE to, Negril is the only sun we see in 52 weeks.![]()
Rise early, treat everyday as though it's your last and your last day as it's your first.
I do, I do! Just me, not the man. 30 day treatment. Love that 10 min of warmth that we need this time of year. BUT, last year i had a scare and had to have a body scan....so i am cautious. See you T&A, Craig 123 on the bus crawl. Counting down the daze.....
9 reaches no tanning beds
If we are staying at Hedo we pre-tan just to even out the bodies color changes, otherwise we don't as we still have some tan left from the nice summers in NC.
Yep, just left the tanning bed a few minutes ago. I always go a few times before my vacation. I like to get the *all over* tan, just in case I might want to stroll over to Hedo...
I do, about once every 1-2 weeks beginning in Nov when days get shorter/colder. I helps with preventing SADD. I then go once a week before I leave, making sure I hit the bed the day before flying.
I don't! Used to tan before a trip to a sunny location but not anymore. I've seen too many of my golfing buddies with large scars from melanoma surgery. I use spf100, snorkel with a tee shirt on, wear a hat and stay out of the midday sun.

Be careful during your tanning sessions. Could be painful.
