My wife and I always do. Just started yesterday as matter of fact. Nice to have a tan when you step off the plane, less risk of sunburn from the tropic sun. Besides, it will feel great Monday when it's -4 degrees for the high temp.

We do....Usually go about 8 or 10 sessions increasing as we go to get a good base before our trip...Then we can enjoy our trip without getting fried...Pasty white New England winter skin does not mix well with the Jamaican sun
