I agree somewhere on the route EAST from Negril - it's not south to YS/Black River.
My guess is in Little London, looking North.

Nope it is on the road from Black river to YS Falls its where i've always stopped for lunch and many others tour groups do as well

I know dat place. Can't tell you the name of it though. BIG Cookshop area at the bottom of the hill. We stopped in there twice, I think, on the way to Black River.
