Not a fan of unwarranted regulation, as does often happen following complaints of any kind, however unrestricted use of jet skis in shallow swimming areas won't work long term. Almost got run over twice in one week swimming off beach during recent visit.

Momma Maggie say "Jet skis must go! Bad, jet skis!" Unsafe, driven by cowboys, unregulated (see "Horses"), REALLY bad for the environment, particularly the coral reef (see "Horses"), danger to beach bunnies & children (there was a child killed in Ochi last year by an out of control jet ski ...), noisy, smelly.
Just my 6 cents (Canadian)! If I had to chose between the lesser of 2 evils, I would take the horses ... and I don't believe they belong on the beach!
