Spring break cruise stopping in Falmouth Any suggestions?

Wife and I will be in negril in February and have decided to take the kids 13 and 16 who have been to negril several times on a cruise. The cruise that works best has one stop in Falmouth and one in the caymans where we have never been . Anyone have knowledge of the Falmouth area? We would probably be happy just finding a nice part of the beach but kids might want a bit more activity.
    Thanks

Best thing to do right there would be a trip down the Martha Brae river. Either a tubing trip or the rafting,it's right there. Also, there is Scotchies jerk center

Mystic Mountain is a lot of fun but it is in Ochi and would be about an hour or more from Falmouth.

Luminous Lagoon is in Falmouth and is awesome but you have to go at night to get/see the effect and usually cruise ships only dock during daytime hours.

Martha Brae would my my choice-not that far-very relaxing..walking around Falmouth itself (or taking a walking tour) is interesting..lots of history and fabulous buildings-can be a little overwhelming-only because it can become quite populated with locals and people coming from all around on market day esp.still is intersting place to walk around.
I'm not familiar with any beaches right in Falmouth..about 15 mins away you could go to one of the prettiest beaches in all of Jam with a real cool vibe and not touristy..That would be duncans bay beach..great cook shops with local food..no one will bother you to buy anything etc..You could find a taxi driver taxi driver take you there and bring you back...not sure the rate (maybe 15 us each way)

We stayed at Silver Sands Villas two winters ago which is right next to Duncans Bay Beach. I wonder if Silver Sands does a day pass. Duncans Bay Beach has Leroy's Bar and a few local shops. You could have a day on the beach while on your cruise.
