Have you ever seen the Cake Lady? I always watch for her just after sunset, cruising the beach with her cake box balanced atop her head. She has either carrot or chocolate – when I spot her my mouth starts to water for the chocolate. She’ a real sweetie – Miss Hermine. If you see her, go over, have a chat and get a piece of cake – you won’t regret it. I always eat the cake I get from her right on-the-spot. Here she is at Sun Beach:
