Red Dragon is a great suggestion. A short 5 - 10 minute ride to Red Dragon for lunch is a blast. Make sure they are open before you go. Ask your driver. Their jerk pork is excellent and the experience memorable. Bring an old license plate and add to their collection. You'll know when you get there. One more that is a fun stop is the Canoe for lunch just at the base of the West End right on the edge of the sea. Nice spot, good vibes and excellent lunch menu. Two for one drink specials for happy hour which seem to be every time we are there. My favorite is two for one rum punch more commonly known to our group as two for rum one punch! Check it out.
