I agree with browser. If you stay on the resort the whole time why bother wasting a day. But you only live once. Get out and be adventerous. I'm sure boardies have plenty of ideas to take "baby steps" into the non-AI vacationing world. Perhaps the cliffs would be best at first. The beach can be hard to handle sometimes if you have no experience. I was frustrated my first time but you learn to relax and not be in such a hurry. A short chat with somebody trying to make a buck isn't the end of the world as long as there is mutual respect and they being able to accept you are just not interested in what they offer. Having a room on the cliffs will be a sort of fortress of solitude. However fussy it may get on the beach you can always retreat to an amazing property of peace and privacy.
Just my opinion by the way. I have done both beach and cliffs. Depends on the vacation you want.
