There are two more sets of lights going up in the next week or so, and the sidewalks and median that are planned will be raised - I seriously doubt anyone would want to destroy their tires, suspension and/or vehicle to get up on the raised sidewalks or median...
The progress is moving forward and is scheduled to be done by the end of the year.
