Can I just say this is HUGE!!!! Having had a vested interest and very proactive effort in improving traffic conditions and lessening fatalities on Norman Manley after a friend lost her son to a speeding and illegally over-taking car on NMB I am just so psyched about this. There were a lot of talks and proposals and great effort on the part of the Negril Chamber of Commerce and it seemed such an uphill battle and soon come became disheartening. But now it is happening and I couldn't be more pleased. Soon come does come! I am going to share this with friends who joined me in an effort to make change. Thanks!
