Yes. He was living in the technically abandoned resort about 30 paces up the beach (opposite direction from tevellors when leaving nbcc) in Nov 2012. But of recent they were made to move out of the area as new owners apparently bought the deserted resort... not sure of the name of it. people at the stalls a little up would most likely know where he is at now.
