thanks for your response, sheba...we looked for him in sept 2012, but couldnt find him, and folks didnt seem to know where he was...i know the place you are talking aobut...i think they call it the old T water resort(before my time coming to negril)...when we met him, he hung out at the place between travelers and nbcc(that is where that pic was taken, in 2010)...
in sept, there were quite a few people living in that place...we talked to a couple of them, they had running water for a shower, some had other places in the hills, but made their living on the beach and it was easier than going back and forth....I didnt do a whole lot of lingering in front of that place, always walked with a purpose, somewhere to go, cuz someone always wanted me to buy something from them, or just give them something,
