haha i was thinking seeds for subs.. i was like they all come with seeds..
I've heard the Hardware store? In the states someone said they could get them from an Heirloom seed co.
Scotch Bonnet peppers can be purchased in the States from most seed catalogs. Calaloo is Amaranth or Amaranthus Viridis and can also be found in seed catalogs. The Sops, you might just buy a few and save and dry the seeds while you are on the island.
You can buy seeds for callaloo/amaranth from Johnny's seeds here in the states... Just google them. It's under specialty greens in the online catalog...
The local haberdashery usually sell them...just remember they may not do as well in your climate compared to Jam's...

kay, when you return to states; I bought callaloo and scotch bonnet on ebay. i personally didn't have very good luck because we had nice weather too early and I was impatient. Callaloo didn't die (put in a large pot) reseeds, so I am hoping to have better luck this summer. will reorder the scotch bonnet and try again. gonna use Nick's idea about the Sops. good luck
