Rastabell, myself and 3 of my buddies went out with a couple of local guys and fished last October. Not a big boat, about a maybe 18 foot wooden boat. We had a great time, caught fish while trolling with 2, 8 foot what looked like tree branches. This is how they have fished since the beginning of time. No reels used, no fiberglass rods. I highly recommend it. Call this guy, he will hook you up. His name is Zafai his number is 876-440-1745. He is on the beach most days.

Famous Vincent does fishing excursions .... if you want to do something really different, try spear fishing!

Do the reef a favor and spearfish for Lionfish. Very Tasty, and very rewarding. You must first learn how to handle them as they do have venomous spines that can give a very painful sting.
