EXCELLENT! Hope our paths cross at Rondel again. We share a similar mindset on many of the points you made. I'll have to try out Bentley's and Red Dragon. Glad you finally found Tony's hut....we have always had a good time there. You DO HAVE to catch the donkey races some year - so much fun!
