From PV you can walk the shore line through Hedo (or at least you used to be able to). We've gone around and walked the water. It's um..interesting. You could either have your driver stop in MoBay at Mega Mart or wait until you get to Negril and go to the HiLo. We used to go to PV when they were a resort. My little brother was married there.
