Of the three, I have to admit I have only stayed at the Wild Parrot...but I love it there. The beach area is roomy, with sun and shade, two hammocks and large beach bar/restaurant. No hotel on one side, just the watersport guys, and Chances on the other. Its pretty quiet over there too....just one music show while I was there in December, but Wild Parrot gave guests passes to attend, so I really didnt mind.
Sunbeach has live music on Thursdays and Sundays, but it is far enough away to just be "background" music....nice to lull you to sleep.
You really can't go wrong with any of your options....I'm sure you will enjoy it wherever you are in Negril!
