Catcha has tempurpedic beds in at least the Gemini rooms. I have knee issues and we also have one at home which I think has helped. But, as the others say, it depends on what works for your mom.

Instead of spending money on hotels get them to buy a new bed that will suffice give you them your room with the new bed it and then you can keep the bed when they are gone
