A pleasant change there this year it seems. I stay at Barry's (next to Bar B Barn), 20 years now. This year music seemed to start a reasonable time, ended at a reasonable time and not too loud. Seems like, at least for the time that I was there, everything irie. I don't go to shows, but have "experienced" many from my porch and my bed. I never even needed ear plugs. I'll toss my hat into the ring, miss Negril Escape shows too. Sometimes too raunchy on the beach.

Thanks for the Pics. Toots is great.
Hope March brings as many good gigs as February has had.

We were there several times in December and here is my two cents. Bourbon Beach is a work in progress. Kevin and his staff are working hard to improve the BB experience and have been increasingly successful in that endeavor. But like anything it can be hit and miss. I for one hope that they continue and wish them much success!

Bathrooms only have 3 stalls in the women's washroom...ran outta TP quickly in the evening and there was a temporary toilet back up issue which was resolved quickly by staff. Live music started around 9:45....all of which were quite good. Yellowman took the stage around 11:30...was a bit dissappointed that he chose to do mostly cover songs but still good none the less. Toots finally came on at 1am and sang a solid 2 hours till 3am. Not a huge attendance...was able to get right up to the stage and had the opportunity of bumping fists with an awesome performer! Great show...great venue
    King Yellowman...

    Toots...up close and personal

Rasta man who crutched his way on stage...
