Anyone own a place at Point Village? I have questions...

Wondering about fees associated with owning an apartment. Also the facilities. What kind of condition are they in etc.
Also the beach is it weedy there or nice and sandy bottom for swimming.
I have only been to the front gate and never inside. Thank You in advance for any insight to what it is like being an owner as we are considering it.

You might try asking Ken Henry. He owns a condo at PV and handles rentals for some of the units.

The adult beach is very shallow, and weeds start about hip deep. Can't answer about the regular beach, as I've never used it.
