The front gate was open so I decided to check out T-Water. It is such a shame that an old favorite Hotel on the beach has been neglected for so long. I noticed that this year that the beach side was no longer boarded up but now has a number of "shops." heres what you see as you enter from the road

There does seem to be some squatters in evidence....probably slowing the decline. I am no engineer but it looks to me that the place will need to be torn down rather than rehabbed.
