The front gate was open so I decided to check out T-Water. It is such a shame that an old favorite Hotel on the beach has been neglected for so long. There does seem to be some squatters in evidence....probably slowing the decline. I am no engineer but it looks to me that the place will need to be torn down rather than rehabbed.
