Ok so I just did this a couple weeks back, find a flight like on cheap tickets, expedia or whatever, a room is easy just start sending emails to a bunch a places start with your top picks and work down the line, whoever gets back to you with a good last minute deal wins, A lot of good spots will be full, but some times you get lucky if they have a room empty!
