Riu Negril - Lots of Questions!

We leave tomorrow morning for Negril, I'm so excited I can hardly stand myself!! We are staying Riu Negril and it's all inclusive but the questions I have are as follows:
1. What kind of beer to they have there? I've heard Red Stripe but do they have Red Stripe Light?
2. Our Apples Vacation materials say all tips included but should we be tipping the maids and the waiters for dinner?
3. Anything right on the facility we should be sure to take advantage of?
4. Where should we venture out to see? We don't want to spend a lot of money since this trip is all inclusive.

I think that's it for now, although I welcome any and all comments about the resort we're staying at and Negril in general!

I haven't stayed at the RIU Negril, so I can't help you with 1 & 4...

Tips are included, but those tips get divided up and paid out to all of the staff (including management typically). We always tip the maids, waiters and bartenders as well as the gardeners, omelet guy etc. They all work very hard for very little, so every little bit is appreciated.

Anything you should venture out to see? Definitely go for a walk down the beach, it's beautiful, and check out the original Office of Nature for lunch. Take a taxi over to Long Bay and walk the beach there and take in the vibe. Lots of little bars to stop in at if you want, you can find some great deals on Red Stripes.
