My group from August 2012 tipped $10 - $20 per person (most did $20 each). I would have paid way more if I were back home and had a driver that did a personalized bar crawl AND looked out for your well being the entire time.

It was the a major highlight of our trip and my friends and I are still talking about it. We hope we didn't corrupt anybody with our antics
