Or, Time N Place for a rustic outing.
I think its perfect-you'l need to get a driver take you there-its about 15 min away-with the most beautiful beach ,no higglers, excellent swimming and some great local cook shops for a meal and drinks....never crowded, many times you'll have it all to yourself...
" Ones destination is never a place, but rather a new way of looking at things." (Henry Miller)
Duncans Bay is a great spot. We stayed at Silver Sands next door. Leroys Bar and some shops are at the public entrance to the beach. Having a day at the beach would be a nice stop while in Falmouth. We were in Falmouth the day before the first ship was due. It was like they found out that day, folks were painting and laying sod and generally rushing to get things ready. But there was much to do. I wonder how it is now.
Either place will work Time n Place is closer, or Jacob Taylor beach in Duncan,s Bay is a quiet beatiful spot. When are you going to be there?
