Clives is No. 1 based on affordability and reliability. No one can compedte with the company's prices and flexibility in case of flight delays. Plus, when you pay for a shared ride, you often get to ride solo for $30 each way -- no one else can touch this deal. Plus they (usually) provide free stripes or beverage of choice.
I've used Clives approximately 20 times, only had two minor mishaps. For Negril, that's gold.
