I didn't see Jack or Noel last May but was told at that time he was no longer operating out of Negril. I was told his new location but I can't recall where. Raymond, who sometimes helped Jack with the boat, now has his own boat (Suzie Cruise) at Beach Club.
N5 is correct . Jack is no longer operating the Local Motion . Ray sometimes helped out on the local motion. Ray now has a boat called the Suzie Cruise and is located at the Beach Club. Check him .

Raymond, one of the nicest you'll ever meet. Can't wait to come back to Negril & go snorkeling with him.
Took a cruise with Raymond last month to the island. One of the best days we had. Will definitely do it again
