I bought a Lime cell phone at Mega Mart in November. Hang a right as soon as you walk in and go past the ATM to the back wall. Had to ask to get someone to help at their counter. Worked well and got a great deal. You pay for the phone at the grocery cashier.

You don't need to buy cases of items, everything I was looking for you can buy as singles.

Hard liquor is across from the tills, so it's a separate purchase from your grocery items. Lots to choose from.

I don't know if there's a money exchange. I opened a Scotia account and took cash out there. I paid for my items at Mega Mart with Visa.

I enjoyed shopping at Mega Mart and like getting the bulk of my supply shopping out of the way, prior to arriving at my hotel.

The liquor is currently located toward the far left hand side of the store when you first walk in....they've closed the separate shop.

    Thanks!

Do you pay for liquor with your grocery items now, not a separate transaction?

Liquor is no longer a separate transaction.

Currently, Mega Mart does not have a cambio for foreign exchange. If you purchase groceries etc, you can use US$ and your change will be in JA$. They give an extremely fair exchange rate.
