Im so excited about our new ayoga classes! This week we will be focusing on poses for the traveler..thatbwould be you if your coming to Negril Classes held at Negril Treehouse,every Wednesday and Friday at 9 am. Great for beginners,and those wanting a gentle practice. We are located on Norman Manley Blvd. (beach road,near Margaritaville). Bring a towel,and water...we have yoga matts and a beautiful view! Classes are $15 and children are always FREE! So take a mini vacation within your vacation and join us!*
