This week we will be focusing on poses for the traveler..thatbwould be you if your coming to Negril Classes held at Negril Treehouse,every Wednesday and Friday at 9 am. Great for beginners,and those wanting a gentle practice. We are located on Norman Manley Blvd. (beach road,near Margaritaville). Bring a towel,and water...we have yoga matts and a beautiful view!
