Did the sea throw up last night?

Oh my! I'm seeing a very dark and debris filled shoreline on a remote cam. Did this happen on the whole of 7 Mile Beach or just a slice within Long Bay?

The sea is doing what the sea does! We have been having that cold front come down from Florida causing rough seas, which in turns cleans the sea by bringing up the seaweed. It doesnt effect every spot the same way, one location can be covered while another is free of any seaweed.

Once the sea calms, the individual resorts as well as the Negril Resort Board begin the cleaning process which is usually accomplished in a a day or two. There were some incredible pics taken of the seaweed when Sandy passed us days before it struck the New England area....

    Thanks for the understanding Rob.

Even with what it looks like right now, I'd trade places in a heartbeat to be there instead of my freezy breezy snowy current locale!

Hey! Don't blame that cold front on FL. It came down from further north. We Floridians have had to suffer through the cold - warm up - cold again - warm again - #$#*^$%^(%&* cold again, too. Lots of wind through it all. Not as windy as further north but not unusual to have 30 mph "gusts" here. I'll be glad when spring & warm weather truly arrive, then summer when I'll be in Negril.
