If you like the pumpkin soup...you should try the chilled pumpkin drink a vendor sells on the beach. I have only seen it sold once, he was right at sunbeach/firefly and I believe he had pumpkin and beet juice at the time. My goodness it was like drinking a chilled pumpkin pie!!! It was absolutely delicious

I had some at the Spa Retreat, Sheretas and LTU a few weeks ago.
They were all yummy!
Has anyone tried the Grace pumpkin soup mix?

Niah either has it or will make to order next day. Not really pumpkin but a calabeza squash. In the US most canned pumpkin is really squash.

You know I am not sure if he has it everyday, I am tempted to say yes because I have been able to get it each time I went there, but I don't know for sure!

Honestly I have never had a bad bowl, but I prefer the slightly creamier version that Ivans does, the photo above is actually their "vegetable / pumpkin soup" which is more of a broth with vegetables and pumpkin. They also have one that is slightly more creamy (almost like a bisque) and does not contain potatoes / vegetables, etc.
But then again like I said, I have never had a bad bowl. Love me some pumpkin soup!
