Moving south

I'm moving from my town of Union Beach,New Jersey. We were hammered by storm Sandy.Moving to a beach town called Avalon....Guess what they call the beach there???
7 Mile Beach......Good vibes...

I am in Hunterdon County, NJ, and feel for you and the Union Beach community. Sandy struck our area pretty hard. But the house is standing, new window and roof for part of the house. The "forest" was pretty much mowed down. I now have a sunny location. We love the Jersey shore, it has a good vibe, indeed!

We lived in New Hope PA for 30 yrs.

I left New Jersey 28 years ago. Seaside Heights, Belmar and Ocean City, NJ were my stomping grounds. Took me a long time to get used to no boardwalk.

Now I love my little backwater Jacksonville, Florida. I can breath :-)

My heart goes out to all that were in Sandy's path.

Down here in St Augustine Beach Jacksonville is the "big city"

Now the next time I go to Long Bay and they ask "where ya from" I can legitiametly say " Why I live at 7 Mile Beach of course" ???????????????????
