Really the only option for Canadians is to use a DNS service that makes it appear as though you are in the US. I use unblock-us.com. I am a food network nut so I use it to watch episodes on there months before they are shown in Canada. It takes a little to change some settings but they provide instructions on how to make the changes. It opens up all sorts of things that are region restricted. Just a suggestion.
