Angela's above Bar-B-Barn is supposed to have very good pizza. Also Sunrise Club has a wood pizza oven. Then I believe Italian cafe has been recommended, at least for other Italian food.

Don't know about tipping VIP. I used the departure lounge and didnt tip anyone, mind you, we weren't personally escorted to the lounge either.
