Anyone remember this "little" man ?

Used to drink rum with a guy they called " The President ". Back in the mid 70's, myself and my buddy's would be in Murphy's bar and grill, across from where the Hi Low is now, playing pool and pounding rum and in he'd come, all 4 ft. 8 of him, no shoes, and a T shirt that read The President. We'd get a bottle of rum, some pop, put it on the table and he was always welcome to join us. There was a strong coat hook bolted on the wall and when he got too out of control, we'd pick him up and hang him on the hook untill he agreed to calm down. That the guy?
