Negrilbound, sorry that you had communication issues with the Castle. I'm sure if Petrona had known she would have done anything to accommodate you. I believe the email address you used is an automated response from the reservation system. It clearly states on their website, including the reservations page, that their email is info@bluecavecastle.com. In 15 years of staying there I have never had an issue contacting them. Back before they had the reservation feature on the web site I made my reservations with them by phone and I always requested and received a confirmation email so as to document any transaction. I appreciate your frustration in this situation but please don't let this unfortunate situation sour you on a great place to stay.
