If you take the time to read the exchange the OP posted, they received a confirmation and replied to that confirmation:

If you notice, the return email address is
bluecave@cwjamaica.com and not their
info@bluecavecastle.com. This is a problem with their online reservation system. This is something that the Blue Cave Castle needs to fix. They set up the Webervations system and seem to be using the incorrect reply email address. Only they can correct this information and this is extremely useful for them to know and to correct the reply email address.
How many other reservation have they lost due to not responding since their email address is incorrect? This is just the first person who has taken the time to post about it and let others, including the Blue Cave Castle know. I have helped many hotels set up their Webervations system and know exactly how to correct this error.
So, in fairness, the OP has every right to make their post. The problem with the online reservation was created by Blue Cave, not the OP.
Perhaps all the folks that think this post is unfair would be spending their time better letting Blue Cave know they have a problem with their online reservation system...
