the cwjamaica e-mail comes from the online reservation system - not a live person. i'd bet that is the automatic reply from the rez system and is NOT the regular e-mail account actually monitored and used by live persons for communication.
it's clear to me that your e-mails sent to the reservation system have not gotten through to them - that would be my first thought, not immediately jump to the conclusion that they are being negligent. That's never been their style, AND they have a clearly posted e-mail address on the website, which is the one intended for guest communications. imho you're being too quick to cop an attitude. Use the correct e-mail and you'll get a timely response. The staff at BCC is caring and responsive; in my experience Petrona doesn't just ignore guests. They have always responded in a timely manner to me, using the main e-mail address.
