Though I shouldnt have to spend my time doing this, on the BlueCaveCastle.com website, I am still able to get into Online Reservation system and make an reservation request and below is the screen information that just came up when I did that. From this, I would properly guess that 1) my reservation request was sent and 2) someone will contact me to confirm the reservation request:

But if, as you say, you are getting "deactivated account" message, wouldnt it be advantageous for the Blue Cave Castle to remove the Online Reservations link from their website rather than let people know their account has been deactivated?

I simply dont see how informing people of a problem with the Blue Cave Castle online reservation system, when one indeed exists, is somehow the problem of the OP?
