Its probably been brought before but...I'm wondering if someone could post the situation regarding the costs associated with getting children in school in Negril. I found out this visit how the costs deter many kids from attending. I also became aware of the work of the Rotary Club in raising money for programs in partnership with St Anthony's to support families getting their children registered and in school. I think visitors might find it a compelling story and might free up some $$$ money to support these programs...lets say in lieu of a few drinks....during your visit. Clothes and supplies are good but having spent my life working in the non profit world, often times money is what is needed. Thanks if anyone can explain the situation and the programs.
