Long Story short I went to watch the SuperBowl there a couple of years ago and partied like a Canadian. Had tonnes of fun. On the way out to the cab with my driver we walked through the parking lot. If you have been there at night you know that it isn't really well lit. As we were talking about the costs and that I was walking without looking down. I stepped into a pot hole that was about a foot deep and the knee joint on my right leg banged together hard. It broke in three places. Two cracks going down and then a plateau fracture in the joint itself. I was on day 10 of 21. We got crutches and I hobbled around for the length of our stay. Didn't see the doctor until getting home and about an hour and half after getting off the plane I was diagnosed with a fracture.

Well day three was a pretty good one. We spent the morning on the beach again and had breakfast that was made up of CoCo Bread and Fresh Cheese purchased on the beach. It was wonderfully fresh and probably my favorite simple meal so far. As we were eating we ran into the owner of Chicken Lavish, a place I have been wanting to try for a while, and he invited us up to his restaurant. I think we are going to go up there on Tuesday for supper or lunch we haven't decided.
We listened to a family perform on the beach and they had the two cutest kids with them performing percussion. It was fantastic. We tipped them and were able to get a few pictures. We then met up with our friend Statement and his baby momma. We had brought clothes and other things for all of them so it was nice to share with them. Things that seem so simple and easy for us to obtain can be difficult down here so we try to do what we can for our friends. He's an musician and performs all over. Their daughter is so gorgeous and being grand parents we have a soft spot in our hearts for her. My wife loves pink and that child is going to be sporting it for a while!! LOL!!
After that we met up with a friend who was staying at Hedo with a couple of her other friends. We took her up the west end for some lunch and drinks. We ate at the Canoe. They are getting so popular as the place was completely full.
After lunch we went back to the resort and chilled out for the remainder of the day. We did make plans for a beach day and for taking our friend Karen from Hedo out shopping. Going to hit the Sun Island Outlet store on the west end road to get her some really good deals. Same stuff they sell on the resorts at 1/10th of cost.
Well will try to add some more pics and will keep you updated.
