This trip was dubbed the 'Celebration Of Life' trip. Five years ago my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. About a week and half before she was to start chemo, on a freezing cold winter morning, we checked flight prices and booked with 3 days notice. We hadn't been in 2 years because "life" got in the way. She needed it. It was a happy, relaxing, rejuvenating trip. We vowed to never let anything get in the way of a yearly trip to Negril again! When we returned the doctors had decided to do an alternative treatment she had researched the hell out of. No chemo!

Two weeks before this trip she went to what we hoped would be her last visit to the hospital in Toronto. It was...she was declared cured of cancer!!! Treatment done and successful!

Today the Celebration Of Life trip has taken on new meaning. Twelve days after our return one of our group and a very dear friend, Dwayne, passed away suddenly. You just never know...celebrate life every day!!

Now a peak at the trip through pictures - Enjoy!
