Well we do own a Smokehouse so I would find it nothing short of ironic if we lost her to a fire. Obviously I dont really want that to happen as it sure is hard to find a way to pay yourself when your self employed and no longer have a place to serve your customers. Winter is just a rough time of year for us in general. My wife hates the weather and short day, and I hate that it effects her the way it does. Guess that is why I am looking forward to this escape... I am sure trip report will be no problem... we also take lots of pictures...
