Been doing yoga since 1973 & was very much considered a little strange because of it. It's also the main reason I became a vegetarian. It's great for anyone & regardless of your level (no experience to years of), pretty much anyone will benefit from a yoga class. I taught on & off for decades, had my own business teaching yoga for years. I love that it can be done by the young to the older folks. The majority of women in the class I see at my gym every week are older women, as in significantly older than I am.
