Sorry to say, lobster is not in season from April 1 to June 30 and you will not be able to have it as an a meal option. Don't worry, though, there are excellent dining options available to you while you are there. One thing I love about Jamaica is the food. It may not be "fine" dining, but everything we have ever had has been more than fine. One of the things we love about Negril is the food. We have never had a bad meal in Jamaica, whether we were at an all-inclusive, in a villa, in a restaurant, in a local stand or at a barrel. It is all good....beyond good, memorable. I would miss lobster, as I have it a number of times when we visit, we travel in Jan or Feb. But a few years ago we stayed at a villa in Silver Sands in Duncans and relied on our cook who was not able to get lobster. But the food for each and every meal was memorable. You will have a great time dining around Negril. There are tons of good places to enjoy great meals!
