Does any one know if you can cut through Hedo 2 to walk the beach? and if so is there much to see.
We are staying at Breeze and again and have walk to beach the other way but did know if it's possible to walk the opposite direction without walking down The street first.
you gotta walk to the main road and walk till you past Hedo and then cut in.......
or after the next place.....Sandals property mi think.....
the old days you cut thru into Hedo from Sandals property and go thru Hedo and come out on da other side of Hedo.......
but you not missing anything at Hedo etc except some naked folks.........lol
but if you want to be on da beach next time.........pick a place on the main 5 mile beach......
all dem places like Breezes, Hedo, Point Village and Sunset at da Palms are all too far from da main beach........

You can go through Hedo but not Point Village.That was the case in Dec.
From Breezes you probably will have to walk to Boardwalk Village to hit the beach. Now that Hedo is no longer a SuperClubs resort you probably cannot go through the main lobby as you could when they were sister resorts.

I believe you can walk anywhere on the beach it is not private I have been told. But then I may be wrong.
We walkd from Bourbon Beach all the way to point village along the beach in Jan...
Yeah, that's what I thought too. I know in the past...when you walked on the beach, you could stroll on after you checked in with the guard posted there. Guess it could well be changed but all the locals that I know, have told us that the beach itself cannot be considered private. But, nothing as inevitable as change.Originally Posted by mn negril fan

They will stop you at Point because the beach ends there in that cove.
That is true...you just cannot walk from Breezes to Hedo because there are large sections with no beach around Point Village. You can walk all the way from the Craft Market by the Roundabout to Delroys Bar at Hedo...I have done it and it is around 4.5 miles.
