We stayed there in April of '11'. We were able to use the pool across the street. Had to have someone unlock the gate going in and coming out. I believe the properties are owned separately. Staying again early next month.

AS far as I know the gardens arnt open and the picture on the real estate listing the pool is empty.

From what I was told back in September is that Banana's Garden used to be Banana Shout. Nicole bought the property about 5 years ago. The two resorts are separate, but from time to time they allow Banana Shout guests to eat breakfast/pool. Banana's Garden has been up for sale for a few months and I'm guessing between 700k and 1 million USD. I'm friends with Nicole on facebook and just saw wedding photos by the pool and it looked like it did back when I was there in September 2012.
