Spreadlove,
I purposely mentioned NO CUISINE at all in what I wrote on that page.... walking down the beach there are all kinds of food you can smell being cooked. There are multiple choices at the various restaurants and I for one encourage that the Russian and Eastern European cuisine be added to some of the restaurant menus. There is nothing wrong with choices, as Bnewb mentioned that we were talking with an excited long time business owner in Negril about the new menu prospects.
The following is about the upgrades taking place at MoBay's Sangster International Airport:
"The expansion comes in the wake of the airport’s aim to its potential in accessing distant markets such as Russia and other Eastern European countries. The plan calls for an expansion of 400 metres to the existing runway. Currently, the runway measures 2,662 metres, and with a lease facility of 30 years, which gives the company permission to expand, MBJ hopes to rezone the state-of-the-art airport"

If Jamaica is spending money to expand the Sangster International Airport for our Russian and Eastern European visitors, it only makes sense that some of the restaurants also begin to cater to their familiar food choices, just as happened with our North American and Western European visitors. It would truly be bad business to do otherwise....
