I was wondering....is there a breakdown of each nationality that visits the island?? I was thinking that someone somewhere might keep track....and I was only wondering this because it would seem, and this is only my observation, that the more of one certain or two certain nationalities visit a destination, the more that their 'mark' with respect to food might be left on the locals as the locals attempt to cater to them and entice them back... the suggestion of Russian food is interesting and should they become a big part of tourism to the island, then wouldn't it be in the best interests of the economy both local and national, to cater to them also....it won't make much of a difference on what is already on offer, all our Jamaican/Itialian/Ital/German/ favs will still be around...just wouldn't be expecting the local jerk barrel to be dishing out cabbage, lol
